Delivery Options & Charges

Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead.

Our standard shipping includes FedEx and UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped based on your preferred shipping method. A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided once your order has shipped. Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Return Policy

At The Paper Tree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will work with you to determine a solution to ensure your happiness with your products. Please see below for our complete return policy.

• Regular priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 10 days with a receipt for other merchandise, a refund, or a store credit. If no receipt, a store credit will be issued.

• All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.

• We cannot accept returns on any personalized, monogrammed, special order items, sale items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

• In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may replace the merchandise.

• CUSTOM PRINT ORDERS: Our printers are trained to proofread for obvious wording and spelling errors, however, we cannot verify customer errors in proper names, locations or dates. After placing an order, you will receive a proof to approve via email or fax. Contact us immediately if you need to make a correction. If you notice an error after you have approved your proof, contact us immediately and we will try to stop your order to make the change. We cannot promise that we can stop your order in time. If we cannot stop the order, we will work with you to correct the mistake in a timely manner and reprint your order at a discount. If the misprint or mistake is caused by our staff or the vendor we will happily reprint your order at no charge.
